Best Chocó place is in Shanghai, China. Being a modern yet small and cozy with awesome decor desert café on the corner of the famous Huai Hai road, Whisk Chocó Café is the place to get the best deserts. Especially since it is so hard to find in China.
It isn’t that well known but among the people that do know it, we all know that it is the best. They serve the best chocolate concoctions from chocolate moose to crème Brule to tiramisu and the best hot chocolate.
The one that I always get no matter what is the chocolate mouse. So good for yum yums.
